Candidates and their campaigns can send an official headshot, a campaign website and a short biography. We confirm every submission with the campaign before publishing, and we label it as provided by the campaign.

5. Permission I am the candidate or am authorized by the campaign to make this submission. I own or have the right to share this photo, and I give Voting On non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it, and any biography submitted, on Voting On with credit, for as long as the candidate appears on the site. The campaign may ask us to remove it at any time. I understand Voting On verifies submissions before publishing, labels them as provided by the campaign, and does not edit them to change their meaning.
